Last weekend, I had the honor of reading a poem aloud to a group from my church home. Afterwards, I was thrilled to have several people actually request a copy of the work! Whaaaat?! Thank you, guys! You made my day :).

A *little bit of* background: I wrote this poem a while back, when the hubs and I were still dating. Back then, we were both under the impression that love should be simple: sweet and easy, magical and breezy. You know, like in the movies!
